How to prepare files for bag printing?
01 File format
We need a vector file. Accepted formats:
02 Technical guidelines
- Resolution: 300 DPI (bitmaps, photos) at 1:1 scale
- Bleed: minimum 3 mm for offset printing
- Colours: CMYK for offset printing, Pantone for offset printing or hot stamping (vector graphics)
- Fonts: all fonts converted to outlines
03 Help with file preparation
If you don't have print-ready files or need help preparing them, leave it to us. Our design team will prepare the files to the technical specification and send them to you for approval before production.

Premium takes more time
Producing exclusive bags involves a large number of finishes, so lead times are longer than for standard projects. Depending on the quantity — from around 7 to 12 working days.

Finishes
Five techniques that deliver a premium effect
We match every project with the techniques that best suit the character of the brand. We choose them so that every detail works towards the final effect.
Blind embossing
We emboss the logo or text using a die and counter-die. The elements become raised and give the bag a distinctive character.
Soft-touch lamination
We laminate the printed sheets with soft-touch film — the bag feels plush and satin-smooth to the touch. For greater scratch resistance we recommend scuff-free matt.
Spot UV varnish
Matt-laminated bags are further finished with spot UV varnish — selected elements are coated with a glossy varnish that makes them stand out against the matt surface.
Decorative Papers
We use dyed-through board — the bag is the same colour inside and out. Often with a distinctive texture that adds depth and a premium feel.
