Print files
How to prepare files for bag printing?
01 File format
We need a vector file in Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator. Accepted formats:
02 Technical guidelines
- Resolution: 300 DPI (bitmaps, photos) at 1:1 scale
- Composite: colours together (no separations)
- Bleed: minimum 3 mm for offset printing
- Colours: CMYK for offset printing, Pantone for offset printing or hot stamping (vector graphics)
- Fonts: all fonts converted to outlines
03 Help with file preparation
If you don't have print-ready files or need help preparing them, leave it to us. Our design team will prepare the files to the technical specification and send them to you for approval before production.

Lead times
Production time depends on three factors
Depending on the combination of these factors, we set the lead time at 4 to 10 working days.
Emergency? If another supplier has let you down — get in touch and we will confirm the shortest possible lead time.
Urgent order

Print design We produce bags fastest when they carry only a logo and text. Additional graphics extend the production time.

Size Whether it is a standard size or requires a separate die made to your needs.

Quantity The size of the order affects production and logistics planning time.
Specification
What you need to know about production
Every stage of the process has been refined so that the finished bag is durable, attractive and consistent with the character of your brand.
Material
We most often use 200 g/m² coated paper. This makes the bags sturdy.
Reinforcements
We reinforce the top edge and the base of the bags so that they last longer.
Handles
We fit cords in a variety of colours, chosen to match the bag design.
Finishes
We laminate matt or gloss. Hot stamping, embossing, UV varnish — for premium projects.
